How do I return them? (Doubt?)

We would like our customers to be 100% Satisfied with their purchase.  If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we will accept returns within 14 days, no quibble no fuss.

For returns please email us at support@nextdayspex.com or contact us on 03301656195.  Please have your order number to hand.  We will then acknowledge this and send you instructions on how to return your item. We recommend tracked Returns with insurance. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure the item is returned safely to us, in order for us to process a refund.

Returned orders must be in original packaging with its cases and cloths and must be intact and in a resaleable condition.

A few points to note

Products purchased under a promotion cannot be partially returned, the entire order must be returned.  Please ensure to package items well as we will not accept items returned in damaged condition.  This includes scratched lenses, bent or twisted frames and wear and tear. It is our recommendation that you obtain proof of postage from the Post Office as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in the post. Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected

How long do I have to return the glasses?

You have 14 days to return your glasses from the date you received your glasses.

How long will the return process take? How do I know you’ve received the glasses?

Typically, 10 to 15 working days.  We will notify you via email when we have received them.

What info do I need to provide if I want to return an item?

The order number is required. This can be found in your My account, the delivery invoice, or the order confirmation email.

If I remove the tag attached to my new frames can I still get a refund?

If the tag has been broken, tampered with, or removed returns will not be accepted. Please ensure you are 100% happy with your purchase prior to removing the tags.

If I opted for special next day delivery, will I get this refunded also?

If you have opted for special delivery, this fee will not be refunded as this is a service, that we have to pay for also. However, if you opt for standard delivery, you will recieve a full refund.
